We are waiting for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Colores de M\u00e9xico.\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/f6Ozin9jBCU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Academy&nbsp; <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>During this summer,\nthe Middle School teachers worked hard on training to start the work of this\natypical school year due to the COVID-19 situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training topics we addressed were: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manuals and documentation of the section that will help us to do our work with efficiency and certainty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/colegiocelta.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/pexels-edward-jenner-4031818-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15161\" width=\"333\" height=\"221\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In this new\nscenario of virtual classes, we must continue training in our professional\nactivity, M. Marcela Altamirano gave us the session \u201cMastering the art of\nteaching online classes\u201d, she provided us with some very good tips that will\nhelp us to develop better in the classes today, either online or in person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, in order to be well with ourselves and thus be able to give ourselves to others, the training was carried out with the Psychologist Juan Carro with the theme \u00abApproaching from a distance\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And to expand our knowledge of the Middle Years Programme (MYP), since we must continue preparing for our daily work and the future visit, we had some training topics that I leave with the MYP Coordinator for that matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/colegiocelta.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Ib-Midd-1021x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15173\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Middle Years Programme(MYP)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IB Platform training session,&nbsp;By Martha Alicia Silva Lara<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/colegiocelta.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Logo-IB-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15235\" width=\"158\" height=\"155\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Adding to the preparation that teachers receive from the Academic Coordination as part of the MYP training, an update is included in the closing project of the Middle Years: the \u2018Personal Project\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective of the training is\nfor teachers to know, update and improve the fundamentals of their work as\nsupervisors, the scope of the \u2018Project\u2019 and its purpose in our students and\ncommunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the pandemic, the International Baccalaureate has made an effort to put accessible training for teachers on its platform and thus ensure the quality of the Programmes even in times of remote work. In this way, our teachers and I, train ourselves online with relevant and appropriate resources for this time. At this time, the training and updating we receive is of the utmost importance, which provides us with resources for our daily teaching practice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/colegiocelta.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/pexels-karolina-grabowska-4491461-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15236\" width=\"362\" height=\"241\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>This course focused on one of\nthe three components of the inquiry process: reflection. This was carried out\nby the teachers around the \u2018Personal Project\u2019, the same exercise that our\nstudents must carry out individually with their own projects. What the teachers\ndid in this course reminds me of Gandhi&#8217;s phrase \u00abBe the change you want\nto see in the world\u00bb, working with them what the students will have to do\nwhen the time comes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PSYCHOPEDAGOGY  <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hello Celta Community, for us it is very important to evaluate and be part of the integral development of our teenagers. Adolescence is a stage of development that involves several areas, all of them important; one of them and on which we will focus this month is on the emotional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/colegiocelta.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/emociones.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15170\"\/><figcaption>Diverse people holding emoticon\n***These graphics are derived from our own 3D generic designs. They do not infringe on any copyright design.\na<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What about my teen&#8217;s emotions?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your adolescent&#8217;s brain is in full evolution, this change allows teenagers to begin to feel more complex and intense emotions, however, they have not yet learned to manage them, making their emotional ups and downs unpredictable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/colegiocelta.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/pexels-andrea-piacquadio-3808008-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15165\" width=\"352\" height=\"234\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/colegiocelta.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/pexels-cottonbro-4842218-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15168\" width=\"354\" height=\"235\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Coupled with the complexity in their emotions, the adolescent is more self-aware, especially in appearance. The self-esteem of adolescents is sometimes affected by their physique and how others see them, as well as by the social area where they seek belonging and identity; each one of these factors influence so that this stage of the life is transcendental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All these emotional difficulties increase the risk of suffering psychological disorders such as depression, eating disorders, such as bulimia or anorexia nervosa, and anxiety, among others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/colegiocelta.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/pexels-andrea-piacquadio-3812746-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15169\" width=\"258\" height=\"171\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>For all the above, we want to share with you the activities that were carried out last month, in order to monitor the emotional area of \u200b\u200bour teenagers. During two weeks the department of psychopedagogy applied three tests, two of them evaluated emotional aspects (anxiety and depression) and the third evaluated how our students learn better, auditory, visual or kinesthetic. With the objectives of sharing the ideas and concerns of the students with the school authorities, fundraising, planning and executing events, contributing to the school environment through coexistence, social events and community projects.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/colegiocelta.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Votacio\u0301n-1024x558.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15271\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In the first days of September, the Middle school students were called to register as candidates for the election of the Student Council.
