The study had the participation of\u00a0 50,000 teachers from 14 countries and experts in educational issues such as Richard Gerver, Jannet Patti and Fernando Savater, where the great conclusion was:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abIn a world in which technology and different ways of life change at an accelerated rate, one of the challenges for future education will be teaching students to adapt and have the ability to work with different people and environments\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/colegiocelta.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/pexels-julia-m-cameron-4144222-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15736\" width=\"316\" height=\"210\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>They mentioned that these\nchanges would begin to occur gradually from 2020 through upcoming years, but as\nwe all know, the pandemia transformed absolutely everything in an instant and\nbrought with it a series of unexpected and accelerated complications and\nopportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifically, they emphasize fostering students&#8217; creativity and emotional education, aspects that allow us to face better life&#8217;s challenges. \u201cEmotional and social competencies are learned. Educating the heart is as important as educating the mind, \u201dsays Jannet Patti, professor and coordinator of the Leadership Education Program at Hunter College in New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/colegiocelta.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Ib-Heart-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15737\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The IB Educational Model\ndemonstrates once again through its attributes and approaches that it is a\nmodern program for the mental and emotional development of the prepared leaders\nof tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Education in the future &#8230;\nthat has already reached us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The results of the study are\nsummarized in 12 educational keys:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Forming citizens for the\n21st century: creative, critical, enterprising, competent in the digital world,\nwith social skills and capable of adapting to diverse work environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Develop public policies\nthat favor social inclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. ICT (Information and\nCommunication Technologies) must be included in schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Extracting collective\nintelligence: in an increasingly complex society, survival depends more and\nmore on a collective intelligence. The human being is social by nature, so he\nhas to take advantage of the open possibilities of the digital society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Encourage creativity:\nstudents are born creative and the educational system has to create the\nconditions for them to continue developing that capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Importance of emotional\neducation: the main purpose of education is that each person can achieve an\noptimal degree of social and emotional well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Cooperation between\nfamily, school and community: education is not exclusive to educational\ninstitutions and it is possible to learn anywhere in society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Didactic units connected\nin a network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Education is also outside\nof school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Focus on online\nlearning, on the ability to search for information and put the acquired\nknowledge into practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11. It is about training\ncitizens, not just efficient professionals: an educational system open to the\ncommunity and based on collaborative learning that involves the whole of\nsociety. The work of this system is not to train citizens only to be useful to\na market, but to train people capable of functioning at all social levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12.
