Aunque ni siquiera nos demos cuenta, los\npeque\u00f1os nos est\u00e1n observando en todo momento: c\u00f3mo reaccionamos en ciertas\nsituaciones, c\u00f3mo hablamos, qu\u00e9 comemos, \u00a1incluso c\u00f3mo nos movemos! Y, al ser\nsus referentes m\u00e1s cercanos, nos toman como gu\u00eda e interiorizan nuestro ejemplo\ncomo propio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bas\u00e1ndonos\nen estudios de la Dra. Sonja Lyubomirsky y Mar\u00eda Jes\u00fas \u00c1lava Reyes, a\ncontinuaci\u00f3n una serie pautas b\u00e1sicas que ayudan a potenciar la felicidad en\nlos ni\u00f1os. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En\ndefinitiva, se trata de fomentar la gratitud, la\namabilidad, el\ntrabajo en equipo, la comunicaci\u00f3n, integridad&#8230; Son ocho las claves de la\nfelicidad infantil:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/colegiocelta.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/8-claves...-2-1024x689.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16951\" width=\"360\" height=\"242\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>1\n&#8211;&nbsp;<strong>Ser amable<\/strong>. Los ni\u00f1os amables experimentan m\u00e1s satisfacci\u00f3n y\nenerg\u00eda, son m\u00e1s cari\u00f1osos y agradables y gozan de aceptaci\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2\n&#8211;&nbsp;<strong>Dar las gracias<\/strong>. La gratitud favorece la estabilidad mental y\nenriquece el crecimiento de los ni\u00f1os. Los ni\u00f1os valoran\nm\u00e1s lo que tienen y a su\nentorno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\n&#8211;&nbsp;<strong>Ser positivo<\/strong>. Los ni\u00f1os educados en un entorno\npositivo son\nm\u00e1s seguros y creen m\u00e1s en s\u00ed mismos. Tienen mayor control de su mente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4\n&#8211;&nbsp;<strong>No etiquetar<\/strong>. Se debe evitar rotular a los ni\u00f1os. Decirles &#8216;eres\nmalo&#8217;, &#8216;eres llor\u00f3n&#8217;, etc. les predisponen a moldear su actitud para encajar en\neste perfil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5\n&#8211;&nbsp;<strong>No dramatizar<\/strong>. Debemos dar su justo valor a las cosas y a las\nsituaciones. Debemos extinguir conductas como insultar o faltar\nal respeto entre otras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6\n&#8211;&nbsp;<strong>Logro personal<\/strong>. Los ni\u00f1os son m\u00e1s felices si consiguen sus\nobjetivos por sus propios m\u00e9ritos. Debemos animarles en este sentido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7 &#8211;&nbsp;<strong>Autonom\u00eda<\/strong>. Estimular la independencia&nbsp;de los ni\u00f1os, potenciar\u00e1 su autoestima, su seguridad y la confianza en s\u00ed mismos. 8 &#8211;&nbsp;<strong>Inteligencia emocional<\/strong>. Los ni\u00f1os deben aprender a controlar y regular sus emociones para resolver problemas de manera pac\u00edfica.
