Yes, it\u00b4s important to have a balanced diet and exercise.<\/li><li>Don\u2019t compete with other women and do not compare yourself, neither you, nor the achievements of your children or those of other mothers.<\/li><li>Find time for yourself. <\/li><li>Be in touch with your friends<\/li><li>Keep your partner relationship going.<\/li><li>Be grateful for everything you have. Think positive.
