Achievable (achievable): you have to carry out an analysis of the objective, your abilities and what you have achieved so far.
Realistic: you must be aware of the resources and elements that you have on hand in order to achieve your goals.
Time: set times and deadlines for your objective, and evaluate progress from time to time.
Plan. Visualize a clear idea of how to execute your goals. Plan the details of each one, that is, how, when and where.
Support network: Share your purposes. This will help keep them more present.
Focus your thoughts. Adopt new behavior patterns and optimistic thoughts. By creating neural connections that help you change your habits, you can make affirmations instead of denials.
Focus on the present. Think about the things you can do today, avoid sabotaging yourself thinking about whether you can achieve it or that you have been weeks with few results, it is better to take advantage of the day to day.
Be aware. Determine your physical, emotional and mental condition. Observe your inner state so that you can recognize your true purposes and the satisfaction you will get from achieving them.
Get over failure. Pause and reevaluate the situation instead of setting goals aside.
Ask questions such as: what obstacles have you encountered? What strategies were the most effective in the process? And which were the least effective? It helps to be more realistic and make changes to steer you in the right direction.
