2022 Objective
In 2021 we have suffered great losses: Relatives who died, lack of physical contact with family and friends, limitation of freedoms, etc. It has been a year with a high emotional impact.
We learned to live with less, giving value to what makes us strong as a society, we focused on ourselves listening to our needs, concerns, dreams and illusions, the time of confinement allowed us to reconnect with the body and the mind, we were able to experience gratitude.
With all this we can feel an increase in discomfort, frustration, discouragement or anger and is totally logical.
How to manage negative emotions?
It is important to be able to identify what we are feeling, to name them, without fear of connecting with them.
- Once identified, its important to recognize where they come from, what makes us feel like this, is it something we can solve by your own? Does it depend on my decisions? let’s be creative in finding solutions.
- Lean on people you trust.
- Generate positive experiences despite the negative emotions that you may be experiencing.
